FWLG relies on the leadership and engagement of its members to support meaningful programs and initiatives. MEMBERSHIP The membership committee is responsible for supporting and strengthening membership engagement. This includes welcoming new members, understanding member needs, purchasing and distribution of outreach material, and monitoring membership growth to understand member trends and opportunities for engagement. |

COMMUNICATIONS The Communications Committee is responsible for sharing news, updates and programmatic information to FWLG members and potential members via social media such as Linkedln, emails and the FWLG official website. Responsibilities include the development of graphics and eNewsletters to support the Membership and Programming Committees' communications needs as well as any official FWLG board messaging. |

PROGRAMMING The Programming Committee is responsible for designing and delivering engaging, high-impact learning and networking opportunities for FWLG members. This includes planning events, workshops, and webinars that align with the organization's mission to advance women in local government leadership. Responsibilities include identifying relevant topics and speakers, coordinating event logistics, and collaborating with the Communications and Membership Committees to ensure strong participation and a meaningful member experience. |
